The Joy of Yoga from the Comfort of Your Home

Having been a seeker for as long as I can remember, I found myself in my first yoga class with Swami Sudhir Saraswati in Kathmandu, Nepal at age 19. More than three decades later, I still consider myself a seeker.


I have been joyfully teaching yoga since 2006 where I weave elements of the many paths I have travelled into my classes—including modern dance, cultural anthropology, kirtan, tantra, and bhakti yoga.


My playful classes offer strong, breath centered flows sprinkled with stories, songs, and music. Most importantly though, I have a passion for creating a safe space for my students to explore the transformative power of yoga.


The hardest part of the practice is definitely showing up. So, come as you are, as often as you can and simply do your best.
